With the year past its midpoint, we press on. To review the first half of 2026, set goals for the second half, recognize role models and rally our strength, Shandong Juxin Special Vehicles held its 2026 mid-year summary and second-half planning meeting, along with the “Summer Drive, Shared Future” sales campaign and June Quality Month commendation ceremony. Company leaders, department heads and outstanding employee representatives gathered to look back on the first half and map out a new blueprint for the second.

Reviewing Results and Planning Key Priorities for the Second Half of the Year

In the first part of the meeting, company leaders, department heads, and employee representatives delivered midyear work reports in turn. They reviewed the work carried out in production, technology, quality, marketing, finance, human resources, and management during the first half of the year, identified achievements and shortcomings, and, in line with annual targets, set out plans, key challenges, and improvement measures for the second half. The reports helped align everyone’s thinking and clarify accountability.

Recognizing Outstanding Employees and Inspiring Everyone to Give Their Best

In the second phase, the “Summer Drive, Shared Future” sales campaign and June Quality Month commendation ceremony was held. It recognized employees who stood out in the first half in marketing and quality control, with certificates of honor and cash rewards presented on site. Weighty honors affirm everyone’s hard work, and real rewards are the company’s sincere thanks to those who get things done. The winners, in high spirits, beamed with the joy of a good harvest and confidence for the road ahead. Role models bring strength and lead the way. This recognition rewards individuals, and also acknowledges the hands-on, always-improving attitude of all employees. We hope everyone will take these role models as examples, stay rooted in their posts and keep working steadily.

Chairman Mr. Gao delivers an important speech

Finally, the company’s Chairman, Mr. Gao, delivered a concluding speech. He recognized the company’s overall operating performance in the first half of the year and the hard work of all employees, analyzed the current market landscape and development opportunities in depth, and laid out comprehensive plans for key priorities in the second half, including market development, lean production, technological innovation, quality improvement, and team building.

Mr. Gao encouraged all employees to face the gaps, keep improving, and overcome challenges, and to pursue the annual targets with renewed energy while driving the company’s steady, high-quality development.

With momentum on our side, we press ahead on a long journey; with a weighty responsibility, we set out once more.
