Africa's Mobile Gas Station

Built onSinotruk Howo 8×4 heavy-duty off-road chassis, with protective crash bars added to the cab, suitable for operations at overseas construction sites, mining areas, and remote stations; the tank is divided into 4 independent compartments, allowing different fuel products to be transported and stored separately. One vehicle can carry multiple types of fuel, such as diesel and gasoline, at the same time, combining fuel transportation with onboard refueling. It is a dual-purpose fuel transport and refueling tanker, mainly used for export projects.

Two equipment compartments are installed on the side of the tank, centrally housing the compartment ball valves, vehicle-mounted fuel dispenser, and pipeline valves. The orderly layout facilitates on-site operation and maintenance.

1. Four independent tank compartments are isolated from one another to prevent fuel cross-contamination. They can carry 4 different fuel types, or one or more compartments can be combined to carry the same fuel. Each compartment has its own ball-valve switch, allowing its fuel inlet and outlet to be controlled independently.

2. Multiple pneumatic ball valves are centrally arranged in the equipment compartment, with clearly designated operating handles, enabling separate unloading and oil extraction from each compartment; equipped with an oil vapor recovery system and emergency shut-off valves to meet the safety requirements for hazardous chemicals and fuels.

3. The tank top is equipped with guardrails, manhole covers, loading and unloading ports, and a ladder for convenient access to the tank for maintenance and filling operations.

Equipped withCenstar(Censtar) vehicle-mounted fuel dispenser:

• Comes withLCD display, keyboard, and receipt printing, with the ability to display the volume in liters and the amount charged, supporting metering and billing;

• Equipped with an automatic-return hose reel and fuel nozzle; the hose retracts automatically, eliminating the need for manual winding;

• Complete fuelingEquipment integrationEnclosed in a toolbox for dust and water protection, safeguarding the fuel pump, flow meter, and electrical circuits, making it suitable for harsh outdoor construction-site environments.

Function: The vehicle can transport fuel over long distances and drive directly to construction sites to refuel construction machinery and trucks on location, without relying on fixed gas stations.
